Add-ons forum section structure

Hi, I realized that I don't get the distinction between "General discussion" and "Project talk" in this "Add-ons"forum section. Although there are not many projects in axiomcontrib.sourceforge.net yet - which I believe is the place intended for any current and future add-ons - making separate sub-sections for each of them should be the way, similar to how OGRE takes the http://www.ogre3d.org/addonforums/.

Yes, it is districted more reasonable on Ogre3D.
